Not sure who you should add to your network? With our new Suggest a Friend Feature, you are able to quickly expand your own and your friends networks by going to a User's Profile and suggesting that your friends become acquainted with your new friends.

To edit your profile picture thumbnail, go to your PROFILE page. Then, click on EDIT MY PICTURE to the right of your profile picture. Use the box and arrows to identify the area of your thumbnail. You can preview how the thumbnail will look on the bottom of the screen. When you are done, click SAVE CHANGES to save your changes.

To perform a quick job search on iHispano.com, LOG IN to your iHispano.com account. On the right hand navigation bar, enter your job search keywords, Select the job category from the drop down menu, and enter a zip code. Then click SEARCH. Follow the video tutorial for more detailed instructions.

Scroll down and click on SUBMIT to save your changes.
